Welcome to the digital home of the Devbhoomi Maa Ganga Swayam Sevi Charitable Trust. For over a decade, my journey has been driven by a single, powerful conviction: that the true strength of Uttarakhand lies in the hands of its women. My name is Reena Uniyal, and I believe that when we empower a woman, we don't just change a life—we uplift an entire generation.
When we established this Trust on April 9, 2021, our goal was to bridge the gap between traditional heritage and modern opportunity. We recognized that the women of our region possess incredible skills, from organic farming to intricate handicrafts. My mission has been to turn these skills into sustainable livelihoods.

Service to humanity is incomplete without service to nature. Our work is deeply intertwined with the preservation of the Holy Ganga and the protection of our Gau-Mata. From treating hundreds of animals during health crises to educating children in our local slums, we strive to be a voice for those who cannot speak for themselves.
Our Holistic Commitment
Beyond empowerment, our heart beats for the environment and the voiceless. Whether it is the protection of our Gau-Mata during health crises, the cleansing of the holy Ganga, or educating the bright young minds in our slums, our work is a tribute to the land that sustains us.
Every sapling we plant and every women we educate is a step toward a cleaner, safer, and more prosperous Devbhoomi. This journey would not be possible without the unwavering support of my husband, Mr. Yogesh Uniyal, and the dedicated women who stand beside me.

We believe that an empowered woman transforms a family, and an empowered family transforms a nation. To turn this vision into reality, we have:
- 1)- Creating Entrepreneurs: Transforming traditional kitchen staples like Pahadi Lunn, Mandwa biscuits, and organic spices into premium products for the market.
- 2)- Skill Transformation: Providing professional training in IT, tailoring, beauty culture, and yoga to ensure our youth and women are ready for the future.
- 3)- Preserving Culture: Promoting our unique Pahadi identity through traditional attire and local food production via our upcoming "Pahadi Rasoi."
- 4)- Created Sustainable Livelihoods: Through our Self-Help Groups (SHGs), we have transitioned women from homemakers to entrepreneurs, producing organic Pahadi products and traditional crafts.
- 5)- Skill Development: By providing consistent training in sewing, IT, beauty services, and yoga, we are ensuring our sisters are equipped for the modern economy while staying connected to their roots.
- 6)- Economic Independence: From our Organic Store to the upcoming 'Pahadi Rasoi,' we are creating a marketplace where women’s hard work is valued and rewarded.
